I used 3 different exposure that varied by 1 f-stop each. I used photomatix to combine the 3 shots to make the hdr and then I applied tone-mapping with photomatix. Then I played with the overall look a bit in photoshop, sharpening, levels, etc., nothing major. The sky was a really ugly gray, due to the cloudy day, so I photoshopped in a new sky from another picture.
