Say NO to NYS Budget

+SayNO Contact your State Senate and Assembly members now to oppose the budget.  The vote could be as early as tonight.  Call, fax and email.  Let them know that a vote for any tax increases and any budget that doesn’t reduce spending compared to 2008 will result a vote against them in the next election cycle.

You can find your Assemblyman here and your Senate representative here.

Sample text to use:

Dear ________,

If you vote for the current proposed State budget, you will lose my vote in the next election.  If you vote for a budge that does not contain at least 10% less spending than 2008, you will lose my vote in the next election.

Sincerely,

XXXXXXXXX
