An attorney is caught ripping off the taxpayers during his course of employment by the New York State Power Authority. Who would have thought such a thing could happen from a self-serving Public Authority that wastes vast quantities of our money!
In this case, justice is not only blind, but also stupid. The punishment was a slap on the wrist, restitution, a fine and an agreement never to seek state employment. Pretty rough for a 64 year old attorney considering he carried out his crime for a measly 6 years.
