Billboards like this have popped up in various locations around the Buffalo Area. Preparewny.org was created by the American Red Cross Greater Buffalo Chapter on 9/11/06. The date on the billboard is 11/9/09. We’ve been subjected to plenty of fear mongering from the federal government, now we have a nonprofit engaging in this reprehensible endeavor.
There has been a lot of outrage directed at the Red Cross on Digg over these billboards. The story first broke on Alex Jones’ infowars.net. According to the Think Moderate blog, the national office of the American Red Cross has directed the Greater Buffalo chapter to remove the billboards. NEW YORK — The Pentagon has completed a “target list” of nuclear and non-nuclear military facilities in Iran, reports the BBC.
The “contingency” planning comes days before Tehran faces a deadline to suspend its nuclear fuel “enrichment” or face U.N. Security Council sanctions.
