Al-Qaida is now taunting George Bush and claiming victory in Iraq. Hopefully Bush will see through this transparent ploy. Al-Qaida doesn’t want us in Iraq, they need the U.S. forces in Iraq. The U.S. Military presence in Iraq gives al-Qaida the necessary ammunition to recruit supporters.
Al-Qaida today is a much larger organization than it was before we attacked Iraq. A “war” without a clearly defined target is not winnable. The sooner we pull our troops out, the better.
Do I believe al-Qaida will disappear if we bring our troops home? Of course not. However, a policy of cooperating with foreign countries, that includes normalized trade relations, would be much more effective. The citizens of those countries would benefit by normalized relations and their motivation to join radical, fundamentalist groups will be nearly eradicated.

The Financial law of inheritance clearly allows for the deceased Bank to use deceased money as deemed fit, should the inheritance money be left unclaimed for a period of thirteen months after the death of the account owner.

The Inheritance Law clearly leaves the onus of proof of who is or is not the next of kin, to the deceased Lawyer to prove. As the deceased Lawyer, the Law says l have the final say of who is the beneficiary of the deceased estate.
