Buffalo News - Restaurant shooting suspect let go from jail
It took quite a while, but finally justice was done. I can’t understand why it took as long as it did to release the 18 year old. Due to his mental capacity and statements from very reliable people, it was obvious that his incarceration was due to a confession brow beaten out of a person with diminished capacity. An investigation into police interrogation techniques should be a logical result of their heinous actions.
This is what I call a “quality of life” crime!
