The Taste of Freedom was a wonderful event. The speakers were interesting. One of the highlights was when Satish Mohan received an award from Free Buffalo for the tremendous job he is doing in Amherst. During his thank you speech, he talked about what a politician is and said he wants to redefine what it means to be a politician. A politician should be a person who serves selflessly and honestly. The definition is short, eloquent and makes a very good point.
The Central Terminal is a wonderful building that just oozes history. Kudos to Mike Miller and everyone else who works very hard with the Central Terminal Restoration Corporation.
